The cabin’s position on a rocky promontory above Montana is impressive and prominent. The view goes from Oberwallis to Weisshorn and Matterhorn an on to Grand Combin and Montblanc. Access to the mountain guesthouse is possible in summer and winter, either on foot, on skis, with a mountain bike or by the gondola. The traditional stone building with the red and white shutters is in strong contrast to the world down in the valley.
