Capanna Monte Bar

The new Monte Bar refuge, owned by the SAC Ticino section, was built in 2016, exactly 80 years after the construction of the first refuge. It could be realized thanks to the great support of various public and private institutions. The new structure has a low environmental impact and is connected to the electricity network, which allows it to operate all year round and meets the current needs of the numerous visitors.
