Mönchsjochhütte

The Mönchsjoch hut stands at the origins of the Great Aletsch Glacier and is the highest, serviced hut standing entirely on Swiss ground. Starting point and base for many peaks in winter or summer, glacier trekking or snowshoe hiking. We sleep in shared rooms (10-12 beds). All beds are equipped with nordic duvets (duvets). For personal hygiene, please take a light cotton or silk sleeping bag with you (obligatory). Reservations obligatory.
