There are no formal restrictions reported for climbing Mount Korab from the Albanian side; local infrastructure is limited and a 4x4 may be needed to reach trailheads (village Radomira). Approaches from the North Macedonian side require reporting to the border checkpoint and presenting a passport or obtaining any required permits from North Macedonian authorities.
