The Okavango Delta is a landscape-led destination rather than a single-country region. Its headwaters rise in Angola, the river forms part of the Namibia frontier, and the inland delta spreads into northern Botswana. This seed establishes the reusable model for cross-border river basins, wetlands, and other landscapes that do not fit the existing one-country region structure.
