Afghanistan has one of Central Asia's least-developed but most serious mountain travel portfolios, centred on the Hindu Kush, the Wakhan Corridor, and the Bamyan highlands. For Global Adventure Club it works best as a high-alpine and trekking country rather than a generic sightseeing destination, with the strongest live angles built around Noshaq, Wakhan trekking, Bamyan uplands, Band-e Amir, and expedition-style access into remote mountain valleys.
